We want you to love your Auramatic purchase.

• Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging.

• Due to the nature of scented products, used candles, diffusers, or sprays cannot be returned.

• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with clear photos.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
