Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

We deliver nationwide across South Africa.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Local (Mpumalanga & surrounding areas): 2–4 business days
• National (Other provinces): 3–7 business days

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Delivery Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Free delivery may apply for promotional periods or orders exceeding a specified value (as stated on our website).

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at the time of purchase. Auramatic will not be held responsible for delayed or lost deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking information will be shared via email or SMS. You can track your parcel using the courier’s online tracking portal.

Damages or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [insert your business email address] with photos and details of the issue. We will gladly assist in resolving the matter.

At this time, Auramatic only ships within South Africa. International shipping options may become available in the future.
