Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volumes, processing and delivery may take slightly longer than usual. If there is a significant delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
Auramatic delivers nationwide across South Africa.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Mpumalanga and surrounding areas: 2–4 business days
- All other provinces: 3–7 business days
Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or courier-related delays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Fees
Auramatic charges a flat shipping fee of R125 for all orders delivered within South Africa.
We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders of R750 or more. Eligible orders will automatically receive free shipping at checkout.

To ensure your order arrives safely and on time, we work with trusted courier partners, including The Courier Guy and PostNet.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number, and email address are accurate when placing your order. Auramatic cannot be held responsible for delayed, failed, or lost deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking details via email or SMS. You can use these details to track your parcel through the courier’s online tracking platform.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Kindly include your order number, photographs of the damaged items (where applicable), and a brief description of the issue so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
At this time, Auramatic ships within South Africa only. We look forward to offering international shipping in the future and will update our customers once this service becomes available.
